sv66p Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the currency in which all transactions on sv66p are conducted.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any amount of PKR staked on any game, sporting event, or outcome on the sv66p platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total PKR amount available in a player's sv66p wallet, including real-money funds and bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted by sv66p that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Services" means all games, betting markets, live casino tables, Cockfighting streams, jackpot slots, and any other features accessible via sv66p.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active sv66p account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

1. You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
2. You are accessing the platform for personal, recreational purposes and not in a professional capacity on behalf of a third party.
3. You are not an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of sv66p or any of its affiliates.
4. You have not previously had an sv66p account suspended or permanently closed for violation of these Terms & Conditions.
5. You are registering with your own true identity, using a valid email address or mobile number you personally own.

sv66p reserves the right to request official identity documentation — including a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or driving licence — at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension of the account and withholding of any pending withdrawal.

By completing the registration process and ticking the acceptance checkbox, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

Each player is permitted to hold only one active sv66p account. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts — under the same name, address, device, IP address, payment method, or any other identifying information — is a serious breach of these terms. sv66p uses automated systems and human review to detect duplicate registrations. Any winnings accumulated on a duplicate account are void and will not be paid out.

Players are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of their username and password.
• All activity conducted via their account, whether authorised by them or not.
• Promptly notifying sv66p if they suspect unauthorised access to their account.
• Ensuring their contact information (email, mobile number) remains current and accurate at all times.

sv66p will never contact you by phone, WhatsApp, Telegram, or email and ask for your password or one-time login code. If you receive any such request, it is fraudulent — do not comply and report it to sv66p support immediately.

All financial transactions on sv66p are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amount is 500 PKR. Maximum deposit amounts may apply based on your chosen payment method and account verification status.

The following rules govern all deposits made to sv66p:

• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• sv66p does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits are generally credited within minutes. In the event of a delay, contact sv66p support with your transaction reference number.

For withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal is 1,000 PKR.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account verified in your own name. sv66p does not make payments to third parties under any circumstances.
• Verified accounts in good standing receive same-business-day withdrawal processing. Unverified accounts may experience delays of up to 5 business days pending identity verification.
• sv66p reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request before processing, without prior notice to the player.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn and will not be included in withdrawal calculations.

sv66p offers cricket betting (including HBL Pakistan Super League markets), live casino games, jackpot slots, Cockfighting wagering, and other gaming products. All bets are final once confirmed. sv66p does not accept bet cancellations or amendments after a bet slip has been submitted.

• Minimum bet amount across all markets is 50 PKR, unless a specific game or market states otherwise.
• Maximum bet limits vary by market, game type, and account status. sv66p reserves the right to apply individual bet limits to any account at any time.
• In the event of a disputed result, sv66p's decision — based on official score data or game server logs — is final and binding.
• sv66p reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already commenced or concluded at the time the bet was accepted, due to data feed error or system fault.
• Live betting markets are offered in real time. Odds may change between selection and confirmation. The confirmed odds displayed at the time of bet acceptance are the odds that apply.
• Jackpot slots outcomes are governed by certified random number generators (RNG). sv66p does not manipulate slot results. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are available on request.

For Cockfighting markets, bouts are streamed from licensed venues. In the event a bout is stopped prematurely due to technical failure on sv66p's stream (not due to the outcome of the bout itself), sv66p will settle bets based on the official declared result from the hosting venue.

sv66p periodically offers welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms, which are published at the time of the offer. The following general bonus rules apply across all sv66p promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. One bonus per promotion per player applies.
• All bonus funds carry a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount in PKR unless stated differently in the promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified in the promotion terms. Unmet wagering requirements result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
• sv66p reserves the right to withdraw any bonus that was claimed by exploiting a system error, in bad faith, or in combination with bonus-abusing strategies (e.g., matched betting across accounts).
• Cashback promotions are calculated on net real-money losses only. Bonus fund losses do not contribute to cashback calculations.
• Players who have self-excluded or opted into responsible gaming deposit limits are not eligible to receive promotional bonuses during the active restriction period.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on sv66p and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balance:

• Registering more than one account or colluding with other players to generate artificial winnings.
• Using software, bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with sv66p games or betting markets.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes to generate guaranteed profit.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate any part of the sv66p platform's code or intellectual property.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, criminal, or unlawful activity.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing another person to operate your account.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, match-fixing, or manipulation of sv66p gaming outcomes.
• Making false, misleading, or defamatory statements about sv66p on any public platform.

sv66p cooperates with relevant Pakistani and international regulatory authorities in investigating suspected financial crime, fraud, or account abuse. Any funds associated with prohibited conduct may be frozen pending investigation, regardless of their apparent source.

sv66p collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by sv66p includes but is not limited to:

• Name, date of birth, and national identity information (CNIC or passport).
• Contact details including email address and Pakistani mobile number.
• Payment information including Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank account details used for transactions.
• Device identifiers, IP addresses, and session data collected automatically during platform use.
• Gameplay and betting history for account management, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming purposes.

sv66p does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared with payment processors, fraud detection partners, and regulatory bodies only where strictly necessary and permitted under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sv66p's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

sv66p is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or consequential loss arising from platform use.
• Service interruptions due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, DDoS attacks, or third-party infrastructure failure.
• Losses incurred as a result of a player's failure to secure their login credentials.
• Delays in payment processing caused by Pakistani banking institutions, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or other payment providers.
• Currency fluctuations affecting USDT TRC20 deposits or withdrawals.

sv66p is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players in Pakistan. The platform provides the following player-controlled tools at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined time period. Loss limits can be reduced immediately but increases require a 7-day waiting period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive an alert or automatic logout after a defined period of continuous platform use.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for periods between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum of 12 months.

All responsible gaming requests are processed immediately, without penalty, and without a waiting period (except deposit/loss limit increases as noted above).

sv66p reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or financial crime.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Chargeback dispute initiated against sv66p by a player's payment provider.
• Player request for account closure or self-exclusion.
• Any other conduct that sv66p reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or its players.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and funds under investigation) will be returned to the player's designated payment method, subject to satisfactory identity verification and the absence of any active withdrawal holds.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting sv66p support. Voluntary closures are processed within 2 business days. Players who have active bonus funds at the time of voluntary closure forfeit those bonus funds.

sv66p reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification or a prominent notice on the sv66p platform no fewer than 7 days before the new terms take effect, except where an immediate change is required by law or to prevent harm to the platform or its players.

Continued use of sv66p after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to revised terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date.

sv66p aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 14 business days. Complex disputes involving large sums of PKR or allegations of fraud may require additional time for investigation.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with sv66p support, both parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation before pursuing any formal legal action. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, with the platform operating to serve players across Pakistan including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, and all other regions.
